Welcome to James Sanford Homes, a semi-custom homebuilder in Colorado committed to building quality homes and communities that will create value for the homeowner. We intentionally sacrifice quantity for quality’s sake. To achieve our desired results, we recognize we will not be the low cost solution and purposefully do not attempt to sacrifice results by using sub-standard materials, contractors or techniques. Our goal is to create a balance between quality, value, cost and design.

James Sanford Homes was formed by combining the qualifications and experience of two Colorado residential home building professionals with over 20 years of distinct experience. James Sanford specializes in construction, sales and marketing and Dan Connerly specializes in financial administration. The Company is a combination where construction and operations meets finance, accounting and administration.

JAMES C. SANFORD
Mr. Sanford has been associated with the home building industry his entire life and from 1992, Mr. Sanford occupied various positions within Sanford Homes, including vice president, northern division, product (sales) manager, sales associate and construction superintendent. Subsequent to the sale of Sanford to Beazer homes, Mr. Sanford was a production manager for Beazer Homes Holding Corporation of Colorado. Mr. Sanford graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Mr. Sanford currently holds an active real estate broker license and various general contractors licenses in the state of Colorado. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado, National Association of Realtors, South Metro Denver Association of Realtors and the Sales and Marketing Council of Metro Denver, among other affiliations.

DANIEL S. CONNERLY
Mr. Connerly has been associated with the homebuilding industry for over a decade. From 1990 until its acquisition by Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE:BZH), Mr.Connerly worked his way through the accounting department and ultimately was the vice president and chief financial officer of Sanford Homes. Sanford was a residential lot developer and builder of semi-custom production homes in Colorado since 1961. It built approximately 250 homes annually and achieved annual revenues of over $100 million. Subsequent to the purchase of Sanford Homes’ assets by Beazer Homes, Mr. Connerly became divisional chief financial officer of Beazer Homes where he remained for approximately a year until he started Residential Services Corporation. Mr. Connerly graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Connerly currently holds an active Certified Public Accountants license and an active real estate brokers license in the State of Colorado. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Realtors, South Metro Denver Association of Realtors, among other affiliations.
