Country Estates - Gallery Homes

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Pat Fisher has been in the development and homebuilding industry since 1979 when he graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors degree in Industrial Construction Management. A Colorado Native, he returned to his home state and moved to Boulder County in 1992. The Previous 10 years were spent working in the greater Kansas City area where he was the builder/developer of over 400 homes or lots. Mr. Fisher established Gallery Homes, Inc. upon returning to Colorado.

LIST OF PREVIOUS LOCAL PROJECTS
Gallery Homes has participated as the builder or developer in a number of Boulder and Weld County Colorado developments. They include Indian Peaks and Waneka Landing in Lafayette, Skyline Heights, Foxhill Ridge, Northlake, Stoney Creek in Longmont, North Ridge in Erie, No Name Creek in Frederick, and Sugar Creek Subdivision in Brighton.

CURRENT PROJECTS
In addition to Country Estates in Broomfield, Gallery Homes, Inc. is currently involved in four other projects. They are,

Lost Creek Farm: A Semi-custom home community of 46 lots on 31 acres in Erie, Colorado. Lot size averages 17,000 sq ft and estimated sales prices range from $95,000 to $135,000. Projected home prices are targeted between $350,000 and $550,000. The property has been annexed, zoned, and preliminary platted. The final plat is currently in process and approval is expected by Spring of 2004.

Colony Ridge Estates: A semi-custom and semi-production home community in Larimer County approximately two miles Northwest of Berthoud, Colorado. The project consists of 23 large (1/2 acre) single family sites. Lot prices range from 60,000 to 85,000. Three and four bedroom homes with three car garages (1900 to 2500 square feet) are offered for base prices of $269,000 to $307,900. Development improvements and a display model are complete. With 14 houses closed or under contract, the project is over half way sold out. Gallery developed the site and is the builder for all 23 homes.

The Elms at Meadowvale: A semi-custom home community located West of Longmont, off of Highway 119, in Weld County. Our lots adjoin open space with "back range" views and average 12,000 sq ft. Gallery has only one lot left for building this project. Homes built ranged from 3,300 sq ft to 3,700 sq ft, and the low to high $400's.

The Villas at Meadow Mountain: Gallery's latest project is located in the desirable Southwest area of Longmont, Colorado. The property was recently purchased by Gallery and the planning process has just started. 55 low maintenance, active adults, single family homes are proposed for the property.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS AND AWARDS
Mr. Fisher has an extensive history of industry service. He is a Past President of the Boulder County Homebuilders Association (1999-2000), and served on its Executive Board for five years. He also served as a director of the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver for two years (1998,1999) and was one of six members of its Executive Committee in 1999. He currently sits on the board of directors of the Flatirons Council of the HBA of Metro Denver and holds the honor of being the Boulder County Homebuilders Association's 2001/2002 Builder of the Year.
