COMPANY BIOGRAPHY

MARVIN DAVIS
If you have visited any of Denver’s more exclusive neighborhoods you probably have seen the fruitsof Marvin Davis’ work. Busy building strictly custom homes Marvin spent 20 years developing prestigious home sites and neighborhoods as well as building over 400 custom homes with Willow Homes.

Mr.Davis has also been a real estate broker since 1978 and for the last 15 years he has been creating custom developments on the northern perimeter of Denver – Wild View, Vale View and Portico residential developments were all created under his direction. Marvin’s companies have won multiple acknowledgments for their products including the HBA Tour of homes People’s Choice awards and twice winning the MAME Best Custom Home honor.

DARREN COUCH
An engineer by education, having graduated from the University of Colorado’s Architectural Engineering program (BSAE) in 1989, Darren has been involved in construction for most of his life. Mr. Couch’s experience has ranged from building homes with his father’s construction company in the 1980’s to owning a company that specialized in professional sports lighting design (responsible for over 240 sports venues across the country including all of the major venues in Denver) to a site superintendent for a national home builder and owner of his own remodeling company.
